Executive - Security Officer

Role & responsibilities:

1. Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
2. Provide excellent customer service
3. Adhere to all company service and operating standards
4. Remain in compliance with local and state regulations
5. Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
6. Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
7. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations

Technical Skills:

1. Should know Local Language.
2. Should have Any Degree or Diploma.
3. Should have experience 8 to 12 Years in Security Industry.
4. Should have possess knowledge/qualification in HSE (Health, Safety and Environment).

Leadership & Management fundamentals:

1. Use of security equipment.
2. Basic operating knowledge of computer.
3. Plan and ensure execution of security arrangement as required by the company.

Training:

1. Train security guards on different job profile.
2. Arrange training form qualified trainer after understanding the gap.
3. Conduct various drills / mock drills as per company policy.
4. Anticipate emergencies and conduct the Firefighting training.
5. Motivate team constantly. Keep the morale of team high by regular interaction. Be impartial in all dealing.
6. Daily morning briefing to all the securitysupervisors & Guards.

Safety Guidelines:

1. Anticipate risks/ threats and take corrective action.
2. Periodically check the operational fitness of the security equipments.
3. Understand the disaster plan and role of security.
4. Should know the emergency numbers. Secure the assets of unit in case of emergency.
5. Guide the emergency team in unit and brief them of emergency.
6. Report and record the incident.

Preference to candidates staying within 12km around Whitefield or those ready to relocate to whitefield.
