Qualifications: Graduate in Science / MBA with 5-14 years of work experience with consulting / similar industry background; exposure to EM / EU markets

Job description

Market Analysis & Strategy Development :

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify B2C opportunities in emerging markets, the EU, and Canada.
• Develop and implement market entry strategies beyond current scope of business, building outside-in perspectives in benchmarking competition including partnerships, joint ventures, and direct market access.
• Engage in discussions to derive new knowledge with potential partners, domain experts, vendors and internal team members to support future growth aspirations
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Support Product Portfolio Management :

• Support Head-International Business to collaborate with the product development team to tailor product portfolio for identified markets.
• Support evaluation of potential products to maximize market share.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with regional market requirements.

Cross-functional / External Collaboration :

• Work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams to set overall business direction
• Ensure top down alignment with Corporate
• Foster strong collaborative relationships aiming for driving consensus with key stakeholders, regional business heads, finance, human resources, regulatory team members

Financial :

• Assist in developing and managing budgets and allocation of resources
• Support with financial analysis to evaluate the profitability and ROI of business strategies
• Present to leadership periodically on business performance
