Front End Developer

Alcor Solutions is looking to hire a talented Front-End Developer with hands-on expertise in React.js. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, a passion for building user-friendly interfaces, and an interest in working within the security, identity, and access management space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features based on business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Utilize modern front-end build tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, NPM) and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely releases.
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in front-end technologies, particularly React.js, and continue improving your development skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux.
• Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web service integration techniques.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
• Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Preferred: Experience in the security, identity, or access management domain, or familiarity with related products.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality front-end applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
