Sr. Associate I, Cloud & Middleware Architecture (T)

Summary of Position:

Join our vibrant team and play a crucial role in shaping Alcons Digital Cloud Products for ophthalmic medical devices. Youll design, manage, and improve cloud-based solutions, leading the way in automating pipelines, ensuring system resilience, and streamlining development processes. This role combines project management with hands-on technical expertise, making it perfect for someone passionate about cloud technology and its impact on healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the team to bring incidents, issues and requests to resolution

• Conduct rigorous product evaluations and testing to identify and address performance bottlenecks

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve product functionality and reliability

• Provide technical support to internal teams (e.g., sales, customer success) regarding product capabilities

• Partner with the product development team to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements

• Creating technical documentation.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree and 1+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)

• Experience in application support

• Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems

• Experience in building and deployments applications

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL practices

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• English language (min. B2) - daily work with global teams.

Bonus Points:

• 1+ year of software development experience

• Experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Tools

• Experience in programming

• AWS certification (Solutions Architect/Developer)

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
