AGM/ DGM- Accounts & Commercial

Role & responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

To perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts that align with business goals.

Managing internal controls, conducting audits, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Implementing and maintaining internal audit controls to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

Collaborating with plant management to effectively monitor financial performance against budget and operational goals.

Reviewing production costs and product line profitability and suggesting improvements.

Inventory analyses and reconciliations, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and accounting.

Assisting in capital asset management and maintaining fixed asset register.

Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

Track and manage inventory, including audits, reconciliations, and analyses.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having good exposure of Factory Accounts with 12-15 Years of experience in Accounts & Commercial activities.

Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)
