About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Manager - The Senior Manager, FP&A will drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, providing strategic insights to enhance decision-making and business performance. This role involves budgeting, variance analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to guide financial outcome. You'll work close diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, startups such as Byjus, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories is an amazing opportunity to learn from an extraordinary team, grow massively and help students across globe build an awesome career for themselves.

Location: Noida

What will you do:

- Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasts; build long-term financial models.

- Analysis & Reporting: Deliver financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.

- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders, supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring performance and development.

- Strategic Projects: Support M&A activities and process improvements.

- Compliance: Ensure financial compliance and risk management.

What will you need:

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8+ years of FP&A experience, with 3+ years in leadership.

- Big 4 experience preferred.

- Expertise in financial modeling forecasting, and reporting.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
