2. Experience in applications development using open source technologies is desirable.

The role demands robust leadership within organizational guidelines to achieve institutional goals effectively MBA/PG in HR Minimum 15 years work experience in Human Resource function out of which at least 5 yrs. work experience as Head-HR. Experience of working as HR Head of a Health sector unit/organization desirable B.Sc./M.Sc. In Nursing Minimum 15 years including 2-3 years of administrative experience post qualification at a multi-speciality hospital.
