Job Description
- Subject Instruction Teach Physics and Chemistry to middle and high school students using engaging and interactive teaching methods.
- Lesson Planning – Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum, ensuring conceptual clarity and practical application.
- Classroom Management – Maintain discipline, encourage student participation, and create a positive learning environment.
- Assessment & Evaluation – Design tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Practical & Lab Activities – Conduct laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and hands-on activities to enhance understanding of scientific concepts.
- Student Mentorship – Provide academic guidance, clarify doubts, and support students in their overall development.
- Use of Technology – Integrate digital tools, simulations, and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaboration with Colleagues – Work with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects, share best practices, and improve teaching methodologies.
- Parent-Teacher Communication – Regularly update parents on student progress, participation, and areas for improvement.
- Professional Development – Attend workshops, training sessions, and educational conferences to stay updated with the latest teaching trends and scientific advancements.
