Senior Software Engineer - Java Programming (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.

- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Requirements :

- Expertise in object-oriented programming and very good in OOPS, Multithreading, and Java.

- Demonstrated ability to develop SW applications and services using programming in Core Java.

- Proven experience in working as an individual contributor / in a paired development, Agile environment.

- Good deductive reasoning and receptive to constructive feedback.

- Good hands-on experience in Core Java Programming (Map, Multithreading, Queues, Exception handling, Lambda expression, etc. ), not J2EE.

- Experience in services and REST API.

- Basic knowledge of Java front-end technologies like Javascript and React JS.

- SQL-based database knowledge (MySQL).

- Good debugging skills especially in debugging multithreaded applications.

- Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of automation of Manual test workflows using Cucumber.

- Good to have knowledge of GIT HUB and source control tools.

- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to be open to new ideas and technologies as they maintain existing systems and create new ones.

- Knowledge of Java Swing will be a plus.

- Knowledge of Design Patterns.

- Knowledge of Version control system (GitHub) and Jenkins.
