Job Description
- Checking of Sales Expenses invoice and making entries in accounting software.
- Preparing and monitoring of books of accounts.
- Preparation of financial and other required report.
- Preparation and filling of tax returns including ITR, TDS and GST.
- All type of registration and amendments.
- Vendors and expenses management, payments and reporting.
- Banking related work.
- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
- Keeping account books and systems up to date.
- Visiting departments for submission of docs liasoning with the tax departments
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance accounts and related role.
- Proficiency with all accounting and tax software and relevant computer applications like MS office.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, Zoho.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skill
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Total of 5+ years of experience out of which at least last 3+ years experience in any CA firm.
- Graduate in Commerce and semi qualified CA.
