Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve website visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Responsibilities
1. Conduct keyword research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases to optimize website content.
2. Optimize website content: Ensure website content is optimized for search engines, including meta tags, titles, descriptions, and header tags.
3. Improve website structure: Recommend changes to website structure and navigation to improve user experience and search engine crawlability.
4. Build high-quality backlinks: Develop and implement link building strategies to increase website authority and ranking.
5. Monitor and analyze SEO performance: Track website ranking, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
6. Coordinating with Marketing agencies.
SEM Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage PPC campaigns: Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
2. Conduct keyword research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases for PPC campaigns.
3. Create compelling ad copy: Develop high-performing ad copy that drives conversions.
4. Optimize landing pages: Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and provide a good user experience.
5. Monitor and analyze SEM performance: Track campaign performance, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
6. Coordinating with Marketing agencies.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in SEO and SEM.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of success in improving website ranking, traffic, and conversions.
4. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, including Google's algorithm updates.
5. Experience with SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
6. Experience with PPC platforms, such as Google Ads or Bing Ads.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
8. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
1. Certification in SEO or SEM, such as Google Analytics certification or HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification.
2. Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal.
3. Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience in coding and website development.
4. Experience with social media marketing, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
