Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads
- Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
- Report and maintain customer interaction records
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or similar roles
- Must own a laptop (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Proven track record in telesales or customer service
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable with using sales tools and software
- Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement
