Job Description

Role & responsibilities :
- Responsible for the backend coordination of the logistics for the crew members
- Responding to crew inquiries and referring to the proper channels
- Assists in resolving safety, service, and operational issues
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 12th/H.S.C pass
- Good Communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Proficiency of MS excel & word
- Email etiquette
- Freshers can apply
- Open for 24*7 shift (rotational)
- Open for minimum 6 months contractual job
Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual
