Job Description

As a Senior SDET, you'll help to build Akamais Zero Trust platform into a worldwide leader. you'll be crucial to the development of best-in-class security features. Leveraging your knowledge in multi-cloud and distributed environments, you'll make a global impact on Enterprises.

As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Building test strategy and automation for products of Next generation Micro segmentation and threat protection solutions
Taking ownership for test execution, automation and introducing tools to assist testing goal and mentor the team
Collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment on code, design, test plan and automation framework review
Collaborating and influencing through code reviews, design process, process improvements and product development

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 5+ years experience in Software Automation using Python
Have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
Be comfortable with working in a Linux/Unix environment
Have expertise in Networking, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPs
Have expertise in REST APIs, Database and SQL
Be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision, be highly responsible and have effective communication skills.
