Site Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:
   
• Supervise daily operations of the coal handling plant to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor material handling processes, equipment performance, and system efficiency.
• Coordinate with the operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
2. Maintenance & Repairs:
   
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure minimal downtime by promptly addressing equipment breakdowns.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to maintain all machinery in good working condition.
3. Team Leadership:
   
• Manage and mentor a team of operators, technicians, and other site staff.
• Provide training on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and plant systems.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address team issues proactively.
4. Safety & Compliance:
   
• Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Conduct routine safety drills, inspections, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
5. Inventory & Resource Management:
   
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for operations.
• Optimize resource utilization to reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
6. Reporting & Documentation:
   
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant operations and performance.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incidents, and inspections.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on site performance and challenges.
