Role & responsibilities

Job Description :

Stock Accounting

1. Booking 3rd party Manufacturers inward / stock purchase and Purchase return of NHA division, Maintain purchase document detail. Booking / verification of outward 3rd party sale and sales return of NHA Warehouse

2. Accounting of Packing Material, Tubes Tester and Testers usage of all kiosk and Main warehouse (SOR, E Commerce, Distribution), Pass Gift entries of locations, if any, on approval

3. Check all outward (from Warehouse / Kiosk ) to Kiosk and match with Kiosk inward

4. Maintain all kiosk inward or purchase Documents and Solve the query of locations, if any, on regular basis

Maintain and scrutinize 3rd party ledgers

1. Passing Accounting entries in 3rd party ledgers for direct supply to contract manufacturers

2. Ledger scrutiny of third party supplier ledgers

Stock Verification

1. Monthly Audit : Plan, Coordinate with Kiosk in charge and Cluster Manger and reconcile stock with Books on monthly basis.

2. Physical stock verification at NAH warehouse and other locations from time to time

Reconciliation

1. Eway bill Reconciliation E- Invoice Reconciliation with Books

Attending to Internal Audit and Statutory Audit queries and preparing Annexures and Schedules as assigned 7Any other work Assigned by the HOD

Preferred candidate profile

Min 2 yrs of experience into Accounting and good knowledge of MIS.
