"Position s main focus will be to be a engineering and Project Management lead for NPIs related to Switchgear, MCC, VFD Panels for the Canadian market. Person will lead end to end programs from creating product specifications, engineering design, manufacturing releases, prototyping, testing and conformance to relevant CSA standards.
Person must be proficient with Autodesk Inventor drafting, assembly creation and creation of manufacturing drawings. Person must be proficient with Enovia manufacturing releases and Change Management lifecycles."

"A. Switchgear, MCC, VFD panel design as per CSA standards
B. End to end Project Management
C. Engineering analyses for switchgear including thermal, strength, IP, short circuit, vibration, etc.
D. Mechanical drafting including Inventor 3D assemblies, 2D drawings, sheet metal part manufacturing drawings, panel assembly drawings
E. Utilize the PLM system (ENOVIA) for documentation control
F. Ensure right quality and on time delivery for engineering change management activities (ECR/ECO/ECN)
G. Look for opportunities to improve productivity, learn and collaborate with other teams to adapt best practices.
H. Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) to communicate information effectively to customers, and technical staff."
