Job Description
Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Practitioner in Systems Engineering, with handson SE experience pertaining to multi-disciplinary systems, including in regulated safety-critical industries like aerospace and automotive
Subject matter expert (SME) and Practitioner on MBSE with deep hands-on experience on MBSE toolchain including SysML modeling tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Capella and Enterprise Architect
Hands on experience on requirement management, including usage of tools for requirements management such as DOORS and JAMA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, analyze and validate system requirements spanning various engineering domains
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate / PhD in mechanical engineering / electronics engineering.
- Overall min 15+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience on MBSE/SysML/UML methodologies.
Skills:
- Expertise in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
- Requirement development including product flow-down and traceability, Proficiency in requirements compliance cycle
- Expertise System architecture, control system design and analysis
- Expertise System integration, verification, validation
- Certification compliance to RTCA/DO-160, DO178, ARP4754. ARP4761 standards.
- Expertise with System V-Cycle and systems processes defined ISO/IEC15288
- Proven track record of complex problem solving
- Proven track record in Project Engineering or Program Management Leadership
- Product and system engineering proficiency aligned with Electro-hydro- mechanical , controller, software components interface with controls and software
- DFSS BB, MBB
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
