Job Description
As a Business Operations Associate at AJSD Academy, you will play a vital role in supporting our Salesforce training program
You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience for our trainees by addressing inquiries and providing technical assistance
You will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including customer service, and communication with trainees

You will work closely with the business development operations team to identify the support areas and support the growth of the company
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to trainees inquiries via email and other communication channels
Assist trainees with questions and issues related to Salesforce training programs
Analyze trainees feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall training experience
Provide technical support to help trainees navigate training materials and tools
Collaborate with the training team to ensure all trainees needs are met effectively
Maintain accurate records of trainees interactions and resolutions
Facilitate onboarding sessions for new trainees to familiarize them with the academy s resources
Monitor trainees progress and provide guidance to ensure successful completion of training modules
Coordinate with trainers to update and improve course content based on trainees feedback
Organize and participate in regular check-ins and feedback sessions with trainees
Offer technology support to trainees to enhance their learning experience
Required Key Skills
Strong customer support experience
Proficient in email support
Excellent analytical skills
Technology support knowledge
Analytical Skills,
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience or knowledge of the technology industry is a plus
