About The Position Software Expert VxWorks BSP/Device Drivers
Responsible for Development of Vxworks BSP for Embedded Hardware products developed at AITECH.
Integration and porting of Device drivers on VxWorks OS
Testing of the reliable functionality of BSP/Device driver with user
friendly example programs
Fixing Bugs reported by internal Verification/QA team and
Customers
Managing Software releases
Requirements Education - B.E/ B. Tech, Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation /
Computer Engineering
Experience : 7+ years
Technical Skills:
Proficient in C Programming on embedded platform and good
understanding of Embedded Hardware concepts.
Good understanding of VxWorks 6.x and Vxworks 7 Operating System, Concepts of BSP and Device driver development.
Good command in embedded projects and strengths in problem
solving and trouble-shooting of Embedded Software.
Good Technical knowledge of processor architectures like
X86/PowerPC /ARM
Hands on experience with Cross Development and debugging tools.
Knowledge of bus architecture like PCI/PCI Express /SATA / USB
/Ethernet /I2C /SPI
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of System Bus architecture like VME, cPCI and VPX are desirable.
Knowledge of AVIONIC Buses like ARINC429, MIL-STD-1553,
ARINC664 etc.
