Sr. Operations Executive

• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key operational metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Must Have Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Good to Have Requirements

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting.
