We are looking for Customer Development Officer - Executive/Sr. Executive - Mumbai

JD is below :

Customer Relationship Management

• Follow market reach out system with Direct Customers (high net worth individuals), builders, retailers, architect and Interior Designers meeting and calling / Market scanning & leads generation.
• Build relationships and network with Project Management Companies, Architects and Interior Designer and developing business

Sales

• Achieve sales targets and revenue generation as per mutually agreed Sales plan Monthly/ Annually
• Ensure sales completion process is followed- site handover / feedback form and final Payments realizations
• Exhibit basic knowledge of Architectural requirements & drawings understanding with complete Glass work assessment for Internal & Façade related work in order to facilitate conversations with customers

Process Excellence

• Exhibit coordination abilities with internal departments for ensuring timely response, execution and after sales service to customers
• Record and update the data on New clients, Architecture and working of competitors and share the same with Sales Head on monthly basis
