Job Description
- Hands-on Golang experience with large-scale applications.
- Proven ability to build projects from scratch showcasing problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of concurrent programming, architecture, and design.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Proficiency in building/consuming RESTful APIs and API frameworks.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Kafka.
- Knowledge of API security standards (OAuth a plus).
- Proficient with Git for collaborative development.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud service (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Active participation in coding and deploying applications.
- Skilled in code reviews ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and lead them end-to-end.
- Strong decision-making and rational justification for design choices.
- Ability to lead a team and guide junior developers (for 7+ years of experience).
- Experience working in a client-facing role and collaborating with stakeholders.
