Co-create/develop and implement lesson plans that align with school s curriculum, academic standards and overall philosophy and vision of the school.
Coordinate with partner organisation for implementation of sessions as per agreements.
Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for the learners.
Create inclusive learning environment that supports student engagement and achievement.
Plan and conduct age appropriate activities and workshops to create awareness on important topics for physical, social and psychological well-being of the learners
Assess students progress regularly and provide feedback to parents and leadership team of the school.
Proactive participation in school events and beyond academic activities as needed.
Keen interest in professional development activities to stay updated with best practices.
Educational Qualifications :
Masters or MPhil in Clinical Psychology/ Counselling Psychology.
Other Skills :
Candidate should have understanding and exposure to conducting evaluation, assessments and counselling skills
Exposure to working with school children as part of internship or project will be added advantage but not a constraint
Should be a dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills, good communication skills,enthusiastic and committed to work with children and adolescents
