The Role: Junior Merchandiser

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Coimbatore. This role focuses on managing corporate orders, institutional orders, and private label projects, along with overseeing the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of corporate orders with adherence to quality standards.
• Manage institutional orders from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervise private label projects, coordinating custom designs and branding with clients.
• Oversee procurement, including material sourcing, price negotiation, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the apparel industry, ideally in merchandising or procurement.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing corporate, institutional, or private label orders in the apparel industry will be an added advantage.

Job Details

Salary: 12,000 to 14,000 per month
