Well versed with MEP Design and manage consultants for provide MEP Design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360 and InDesign software is must.

Skilled at working with Different departments - Leasing, Sales, Structure and MEP to develop coordinated output as per the design intent established.

Skilled on BIM 360 working environments with a previous experience is a must.

Skilled on creating and resolving workflows on BIM 360.

Desirable to have English communication skills and shall have a pleasing personality.
