Role Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at AIPL's Gurugram office.
- This is a full-time, on-site role that will focus on driving sales performance, leading a high-performing sales team, and contributing to the company's growth in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize sales efforts.
- Regularly monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, team leadership, and client relationship management.
- Strong skills in sales process management and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate sales is highly desirable.
