Job Description

As a Data Science Intern at Aiotize, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and machine learning projects. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

Pre-requisites:

Sound knowledge of computer vision and video analytics/processing.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for analysis, mathematics, and statistics.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for interpreting data.
Prior internship experience in data science is appreciated.
Experience in data mining (optional).
Understanding of machine learning and operations research.
Proficiency in programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills:

Proficiency in Python programming is a must.
Familiarity with AI and ML algorithms.
Experience in computer vision and/or deep learning for object detection.
Strong foundation in computer science basics, algorithms, and data structures.

Responsibilities:

Deploying computer vision models on edge devices.
Optimization using data inputs.
Designing and building scalable systems using AI and ML to improve performance on various hardware platforms.
Experience with machine/deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
Experience in training models through GPU computing using NVIDIA CUDA or on the cloud (optional).
Experience in deploying ML and AI models/pipelines on the cloud (AWS preferred).

Required Education/Credentials:

Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field. A graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.
