AIonOS - Senior Consultant (3-5 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented Consultants to join our growing Data/AI strategy consulting team.

In this exciting role, you will play a critical role in unlocking the power of data to drive innovation and deliver intelligent solutions for our customers.

You will engage with global clients in crafting domain specific solutions that focus on driving business growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities:

- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Engage directly with clients to comprehensively understand their challenges, gather pertinent data, and discern opportunities for improvement.

- Cultivate robust relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the entirety of the engagement.

- Conduct regular consultations and maintain open lines of communication to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.

- Problem-Solving: Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to meticulously analyze data, conduct in-depth research, and derive insights crucial for informed business decisions.

- Formulate and test hypotheses, challenging assumptions where necessary, to foster the generation of innovative solutions that effectively address client needs.

- Employ a data-driven approach to problem-solving, integrating advanced analytics and AI techniques where applicable to enhance decision-making capabilities.

- Strategic Research: Support internal leadership by conducting comprehensive strategic research, including developing industry Points of View (POVs), formulating market entry and growth strategies, and identifying operational enhancements.

- Focus on cultivating domain expertise and leveraging data/AI-driven perspectives to inform strategic recommendations and drive impactful outcomes for clients.

- Project Management: Take ownership of relevant workstreams within project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client objectives.

- Define clear project objectives, establish resource allocations, and implement robust monitoring mechanisms to track progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members to facilitate successful execution of project deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's in business management, analytics, economics or related fields (MBA preferred).

- Min 3 years of experience in consulting, business research, product management and/or knowledge advisory services.

- Proven track record of leading client engagement, project delivery and execution.

- Strong understanding of research methodologies across primary (expert interviews, FGDs etc.) and secondary research (analyst reports, web crawl, annual reports, press releases etc.

- Proficiency in MS Office toolkit with focus on strong storytelling and slide design skills and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Basic knowledge of data platforms, analytics, cloud platforms and product management will be helpful.

- Excellent data visualization skills and experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain product/platform capabilities, including those related to Generative AI, to a diverse audience.

- A critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for exploring domain specific solutions with focus on data science and Generative AI techniques.

- Prior experience in telecom, travel, hospitality and logistics will be preferred.
