Dealing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Trade Execution: Execute client orders for various financial instruments (stocks, bonds, foreign exchange, commodities) efficiently and accurately.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide strategic insights and advice to clients.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advising them on trading strategies and providing updates on market conditions.
• Compliance: Ensure all trades comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on trading activity, market trends, and performance for senior management or clients.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance to junior dealers or traders on best practices, compliance, and market analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in BFSI Sector and Team Handling.
