PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The AI Product Manager at CIMET will play a crucial role in defining and executing our AI product
vision, driving the development of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions across our platforms. Reporting to the General Manager, the AI Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional
teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence, to deliver innovative and
customer-centric AI solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- AI Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the AI product roadmap, aligning it with CIMETs business goals. Identify opportunities where AI can improve customer experience, increase engagement, and drive business performance.
- Product Development & Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven product development, from ideation and design to deployment and iteration. Ensure seamless collaboration with engineering and data science teams for high-quality product delivery.
- User Research & Insights: Conduct deep user research to understand pain points, preferences, and behaviour. Leverage data analytics to drive AI-driven personalization and product innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless product launches. Communicate AI strategy and progress to key stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to optimize AI models, algorithms, and user experiences. Identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Btech, MTech or any degree
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products.
- Good understanding of AI, machine learning principles, and their business applications.
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI-powered solutions.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in agile product development methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing AI-driven products that enhance user
engagement and business outcomes.
