Jr. Production Engineer(Fabrication)

In this position, the production engineer accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining operators; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Production Process

1. Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.

2. Improving the production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

3. Managing production resources, such as materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently.

4. Must collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, engineering, and procurement, to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

5. Responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

6. Prepare detailed Process sheets and all products and projects.
