About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge, multi-tenancy cloud-native SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MERN stack technologies, a passion for building scalable and secure applications, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

o Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable MERN stack applications.

o Implement complex features and functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Multi-Tenancy and Data Isolation:

o Architect and implement robust multi-tenancy solutions to ensure secure and isolated data for each tenant.

o Design and develop data access control mechanisms to protect sensitive information.

• Event-Driven Microservices:

o Design and develop microservices architecture using event-driven patterns.

o Integrate devices and systems using various protocols (e.g., MQTT, REST, WebSockets).

o Implement reliable message queues and event streaming solutions.

• Test-Driven Development (TDD):

o Adhere to TDD principles to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

o Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

o Utilize test automation frameworks to ensure code quality and accelerate development.

• Security and Best Practices:

o Implement industry-standard security practices to protect application and data.

o Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

o Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices.

• AI and Machine Learning:

o Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to enhance application features and performance.

o Explore opportunities to apply AI to solve complex problems and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks

• Experience in building multi-tenancy cloud-native SaaS applications

• Expertise in event-driven architecture and microservices

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL

• Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

• Knowledge of serverless computing platforms (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions)

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
