PayrollNinja is a saas provider and software development house. We're looking for an experienced Mobile App Flutter developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the mobile application development of our web applications.

If you have an excellent coding skills and passion for developing challenging mobile application or improving existing ones, let's talk. As a Mobile App Flutter developer, you'll work closely with our team to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and user friendly mobile application to meet our company's needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using the latest Flutter framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. (UI/UX)
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our apps are current and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Flutter Developer (minimum 3 years)
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Knowledgeable in SQLite (local storage).
• Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
