GenAI Engineer

• Create and assess excellent prompts that are customized for different search situations and enhanced by user-focused recommendations
• Work closely with the engineering manager to develop and implement a quick-thinking, innovative engineering plan that advances our search goals
• Create fresh strategies, instruments, and solutions to make use of LLM technologies in order to construct a generative AI-based search system
• Make customized prompts with user-friendly suggestions for various search conditions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a GenAI Engineer
• Demonstrable experience with prompt engineering, especially in LLM-powered ecosystems
• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning technologies, model training, and LLM functionalities
• Previous experience creating solution-focused solutions using basic programming knowledge, ideally with 2-3 years of experience in Python
• Ability to recognize organizational needs, think creatively and comprehensively, and approach problems with agility
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
