Field Sales Executive (Air Compressor) Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Service
Location: Field Job (Rajasthan). Reporting periodically at our City Office at Bais Godam,
Jaipur
Timing: 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Gender: Male
Minimum Educational Qualifications: B. Tech/M.Tech/MBA from Reputed University
Minimum Experience: 3 Years at Established Dealer/OEM - Elgi, IR, Comp Air, FS Curtis,
Atlas Copco, Comptech, Deep Pneumatics, Indo-Air
Physical Abilities: N/A
Personal Vehicle: Self-Owned 2 Wheeler (Conveyance will be provided by company)
Essential Skills:
â Proven experience in sales of air compressors including screw, reciprocating
lubricated and oil free, vacuum pumps
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
â Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
â Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
â Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
â Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Enquiry Handling:
â Receive and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
â Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
2. Customer Meetings:
â Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers.
â Present and explain the features and benefits of our air compressors and
related products.
3. Quotation Preparation:
â Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
â Ensure all quotations are in line with company pricing policies.
4. Quotation Follow Up:
â Follow up with customers to ensure orders are confirmed.
â Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing and
delivery.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
â Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
â Provide post-sale support and handle any customer complaints or issues.
6. Relationship Building:
â Build relationships with OEM customers and freelancers working in the field to
get new inquiries and orders.
