Role & responsibilities

-Supervise execution of texture paints, floor coatings, and wood coatings.
-Manage 45 sites simultaneously, ensuring quality and timelines.
-Take precise site measurements and estimate material requirements.
-Handle manpower allocation and ensure team productivity.
-Provide progress updates and coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

-Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution for paints and coatings.

-Proficient in site measurements and multi-site management.

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
