IT - Executive

Role & responsibilities :

Implement technology by reviewing hardware & operating systems , identify suitable vendors by benchmarking the suitable vendor , get the price value , renew the vendor agreement and develop it internally so as to manage the day to day operations of the organisation.

Establishing policy , procedures for securities & compliance of Syrma Technology Ltd., based on new application development so as to protect the database from malicious destruction of data or damage to the database infrastructure.

Develop an application, based on internal requirements like HRMS / Finance system and other applications baseed on business needs /market needs / technology upgradation by running a prototype and exploring with the new ideas / solutions so as to elevate business competitive advantage.

Influence people across the levels in his function to ensure that they are motivated, trained and together in setting and achieving new height in performance year on year by identifying & assesing the competency gap, ensure training is implemented to bridge the gap and assess training effectivenees so as to continuously improve organisations performance.

To develop & frequently review secured fire wall system designed by developing application to ensure that there is no failure on System shutdown / breakdown nor data lost etc.. Manage & Monitoring Oracle applications by installation of the tool for effective management of Syrma Technology Ltd., To ensure cost reduction by streamlining IT operations , generating applications, identifying & eliminating Non Value added activties to increse return on Investment.
