We are seeking a dynamic and proficient Bilingual (French & English) Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both French and English and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting clients in resolving their inquiries efficiently and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
📍 Preferred Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Communicate fluently in French and English to assist customers via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
✅ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support strategies and service delivery.
✅ Stay updated with company products, services, and customer service best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
✔️ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
✔️ Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
✔️ Familiarity with help desk software and CRM tools is an advantage.
✔️ Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
🔹 Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
🔹 Candidates based in Mumbai, Pune, or Hyderabad are preferred.
