- Conducting reviews for personnel performance

- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
- Preparing work schedules
- Overseeing safe use of equipment and scheduling regular maintenance
- Performing verification of production output according to specifications
- Preparing reports on performance and progress and presenting them to senior managers
- Detecting issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements
- Ensuring that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner
- Communicating with other departments and teams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that may arise Required Skills - 2+ years related experience
