Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Service engineer capable of handling the after sales support for the Paint dispenser machines services for 24 * 7 as and when required.
- Installation of the machines
- Attending Breakdown Calls received from customer as well as helpdesk
- Preventive maintenance of the machine as per the SLA agreement
- Payment Collections as per Area Manager/Team Leader Directive
- Timely Voucher Submission
- Follow the SLAs provided
- Software upgradation
- Call escalation as per the Escalation Matrix
