Along the journey, we have built Indias largest agronomy advisory center, a highly engaged digital farmer network with over 9.5 million users, and a retail network of 8500+ stores. The Role:

• Assist in FC and logistics coordination, ensuring smooth execution of operational workflows.
• Support data analytics and MIS reporting, contributing to performance tracking and process optimization.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (completed or in the final year/semester).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and recommend improvements.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
