Agri-input manufacturers and retailers can sell their products online to farmers, and we deliver them for free to farmers' doorsteps, eliminating the intermediaries in the supply chain. Our agronomy team helps farmers with all things farming so that farmers can get the right advice and products at a reasonable rate.

Job Position

AgriBegri is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Customer Success to lead our

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and resolve customer complaints through effective coordination with internal teams and sellers.
• Streamline refund, return, and reverse logistics processes.
• Managed customer feedback and enhanced brand reputation by addressing reviews and forums.
• Collaborate with courier partners to resolve logistics issues and optimize delivery operations.
• Implement strategies to reduce return ratios and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the customer success team to achieve operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 1+ years of experience
• Proven leadership experience in customer success or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Emotional Intelligence: Show empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or agri-inputs is a plus.
