Agriculture Field Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Oversee daily agricultural operations in the field, including planting,

cultivation, pest control, and harvesting.

- Provide guidance and support to optimize their farming practices and address any issues or

concerns.

- Offer technical expertise on crop management, soil health, pest and disease management,

and the use of agricultural technologies.

- Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops for farmers on new agricultural

techniques, technologies, and best practices.

- Gather and analyse data related to crop performance, soil conditions, and other relevant

metrics. Prepare detailed reports and provide insights to improve field operations and

productivity.

- Promote and demonstrate the use of agricultural products and services offered by the

company. Facilitate product trials and gather feedback from farmers.

- Develop and implement effective solutions.

- Work closely with internal teams such as R&D, sales, and marketing to align field activities

with company objectives and product strategies.
