Job Description
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Play a key role in overseeing the planning & commissioning of BMS/EMS instrumental & controlling system.
- Propose new innovative control and instrumentation solution by adopting conventional and AI based control algorithm for control room solution for Integration of utilities like (HT & LT System, Air compressor, HVAC system, FAS system, Fire Projection system, boiler, gas generator etc)
- Review the designing basis, PID s HDMI, SCADA, PLC s & logics and developing new control systems and providing advice and consultancy support
- Coordinating with consultant for timely submission of documents.
- Overing site installation are as per the design
- Making sure all the installation, testing, qualification are the timeline
- Assess the controller performance, analysing data and presenting findings in written reports
- project management within cost and time constrained environments
- understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Design, run, test and upgrade controller performance
- Develop best practices/ standard operating procedure, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Manage cost and time constraints.
- Perform risk assessments
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential (try to keep to a reasonable number 5-7)
- Knowledge on PLC, HMI like (Allen Bradly, Siemens, Schneider & Honeywell)
- Hands on experience working in projects like BMS system, Energy management, water management integration devices, Access controller, CCTV & building safety systems.
- Hands on experience working on control panel wiring, really logics.
Role Specific Qualifications/Certifications
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation from recognised university.
- Work experience of 8-10 years in domain of planning & execution of large BMS/EMS greenfield projects in chemical / Pharma / Auto industry.
