Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and track outstanding receivables.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Month-End Closures: Support the team during month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and ensure the integrity of data.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports, statements, and summaries for review.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax-related documents, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, including gathering required documentation.
• Other Tasks:
• Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as needed by the accounting team.
• Accounting and book-keeping on a daily, monthly, quarterly and financial year basis
• Invoice Verification and Invoice Booking
• Excellent English communication is a must.
