Job Description
- Lead a team of specialized account managers in managing successful hotel partnerships
- Implement strategies and promotional activities with partners to enhance productivity and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage for the Agoda website
- Regularly meeting top strategic partners and industry stakeholders for driving branding and growth.
- Conduct market research into trends in the industry and market to ensure the competitiveness of Agoda s products
- Implement tools for the regular tracking, review and reporting of performance of teams in delivering KPIs and targets
- Share relevant data and information with internal and external partners to ensure a high level of communication and feedback to optimize performance
- Directly leads and supports team in effectively identifying, planning, and executing business opportunities with supply partners.
- Builds high-performing teams through recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensures operational excellence at a tactical level while thinking strategically about growth.
- Identifies opportunities in the market and proposes solutions to local leadership to capture those opportunities.
- Identifies process gaps and escalates these to management for action to maximize efficiency of their team.
- Ideates and executes projects & experiments in the market that drive business growth or improves team productivity.
- Proven leadership skills, team leader and team player
- High level of numerical and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate value proposition and recommend solutions to potential partners
- Understanding of the principles of financial metrics associated with e-commerce and online partnerships
- Professional get it done attitude and work ethic
- Past success in mentoring and building solutions-focused teams that cater to long term customer relationships

- MBA or master s degree
