UX Designer

• User Research Analysis : Understand the workflows and challenges of network administrators and IT professionals through interviews, usability studies, and data analysis.
  
• Wireframes Prototypes : Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups for network monitoring dashboards, configuration interfaces, and management tools.
  
• Information Design : Simplify the presentation of complex data, such as device status, network performance, and alerts, using effective information architecture.
  
• Interaction Design : Create intuitive workflows for tasks such as hardware setup, firmware updates, diagnostics, and reporting.
  
• Collaboration : Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers to align designs with technical constraints and business goals.
  
• Design Systems : Develop and maintain a design system specifically tailored for network hardware and software applications, ensuring scalability and consistency.
  
• Usability Testing : Conduct usability tests to validate designs and gather insights for iterative improvements.
  
• Accessibility : Ensure interfaces are accessible and usable by a diverse range of users, adhering to WCAG standards where applicable.
  
• Analytics Integration : Use tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to monitor user behavior and refine designs accordingly.

Requirements

• Degree with UI/ UX Design.
  
• Overall 4 to 7 years of industry experience specifically designing websites / portals with complex business functionality.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centric designs for complex systems, preferably in the tech or network hardware domain.
  
• Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices for designing management interfaces and dashboards.
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
  
• Knowledge of network hardware concepts (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and familiarity with associated workflows.
  
• Experience designing for technical users, such as IT administrators and network engineers.
  
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability testing, and information architecture.
  
• Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to ensure design feasibility.
  
• Ability to visualize and simplify complex data, such as network performance metrics and alerts.
  
• Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions to cross-functional teams.
