Job Description
- Develop and implement advanced ML models for solving complex business problems.
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and integrate retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve the quality and relevance of responses.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of strong professional experienceworking on Machine Learning models deployed on Production with International Clients.
- Bachelordegree, Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience of designing and implementing Machine Learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering).
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and Rasa.
- Deep understanding of conversational AI techniques and architectures.
- Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specific conversational tasks.
- Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
