Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced storage solutions with virtualization.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and QA, to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in storage and virtualization.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and documentation practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 10-15 years in software development, with at least 5 years in storage and virtualization technologies.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in C++, Java, and Python.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
  • Familiarity with storage protocols like iSCSI, NFS, and SAN.
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Project Management: Experience managing and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of distributed storage systems and cloud storage solutions.
• Hands-on experience with performance optimization and debugging in storage environments.
